How does cash on delivery work?
You place your order on the site with your contact and delivery details. We confirm your order by WhatsApp or phone, then send your parcel. You pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. No card payment is required online.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Jordan, including Amman and other governorates. Exact timing can vary by area. Not sure we reach your address? Send a DM on Instagram before you order and we will confirm.
Can I return or exchange a product?
If something arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a direct message on Instagram. For full details, read our return and exchange policy.
How do I track my order?
Use your order number (for example CBF-1042) on the track order page anytime. Farah also confirms and updates you on WhatsApp or by phone around delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your city and how busy we are. Many Amman orders go out quickly; other areas may take a little longer. We always confirm an expected window when we message you after checkout.
